Named the International Wine Challenge’s ‘Sparkling Winemaker of the year 2020’, you can rest assured that you’re in good hands with Devaux’s Chef de Cave, Michel Parisot.
The ‘D Collection’ represents Devaux’s finest Champagnes. The grapes come from highly selected, sustainably farmed vineyards located on the famous Kimmeridgian limestone-clay soils in the Aube.
The Cuvée D is rich and intense with lively acidity bringing great balance. As James Halliday describes, ‘there is a plethora of spiced, dried and fresh fruits, with balance and freshness provided by a surge of citrussy acidity on the finish’.
The Cuvée D was awarded Silver in the IWC 2022.
