From a small 8ha plot in the Cabrières appellation in the Languedoc, this is quite simply the most exquisite rosé from Gerard Bertrand. Organic and biodynamic winemaking ensures a great purity in the concentration and complexity of the red fruits, while the finish is almost silky in texture, with fresh acidity and a gentle mineral note. This wine will age too, so no need to drink straight away! Perfect with light salmon dishes, but nothing too heavy, let the wine shine in all its glory!
