Description

Taittinger Nocturne Rosé is an off dry champagne crafted from 30% Chardonnay and 70% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, sourced from around thirty select vineyards. The final blend includes 15% still red wine made from the finest Pinot Noirs of Montagne de Reims and Les Riceys. A dosage of 17.5g/l of cane sugar, combined with four years of slow cellar ageing, gives this Rosé its round, smooth character. Delicious with meringues and strawberries.
